How refunds work at Enzo Fernandez AI for failed renders and credit packs.

This policy explains when you can get a refund from Enzo Fernandez AI (enzofernandezai.com). It is part of our Terms of Service.

Failed or blocked renders

If a video fails to render or is blocked, the credits you spent on it are refunded to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Credit packs

  • Enzo Fernandez AI sells one-time credit packs only. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
  • Credit packs never expire.
  • You can request a refund of a credit pack within 7 days of purchase, as long as no credits from that pack have been used.
  • Credits spent on videos that rendered successfully are not refundable.

How to request a refund

Email support@enzofernandezai.com from the email address on your account and include the date of the purchase. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe; it usually takes 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. When a purchase is fully refunded, the unused credits from that purchase are removed from your account.

If you think a render went wrong, email us and we will take a look. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank.
